Anzunel Van Der Walt, a finalist for Ms Deaf South Africa 2024, recently joined forces with the Rotary Club of Krugersdorp at their Dorkey Derby event. With a passion for helping others, Anzunel lent a hand with ticket sales and handing out gifts, bringing joy to those in attendance.
As a child, Anzunel was exposed to the good work of Rotary through her parents, who were both members. She was constantly involved in their functions and saw firsthand the impact they had on the community. This experience instilled in her a sense of responsibility to give back.
