Growing up in the beautiful community of Mfuleni in the Western Cape Province, Lwando Mpande has always been driven to make a positive impact in his society. With a passion for justice and a strong sense of purpose, he has become a beacon of hope for many young people.
As a model, Lwando has achieved numerous accolades, including being a former Mr Western Province 2021 2nd Runner-up and Mr City of Cape Town 2022 2nd Runner-up. He is also the founder and host of the local pageant, Mr and Miss Empowerment, and the founder and coach at Beauty Courage Modelling Academy.
