Born to a family where the spirit of sport ran deep, Bernice’s journey began in childhood. With a natural curiosity and an open heart to explore numerous athletic avenues—be it netball, soccer, or athletics—she ultimately found her passion in kickboxing, inspired by her older cousin, Janelle.
