With over 16 years of experience, she not only mastered her role as a Strata Control Officer but also became a beacon of hope for women breaking into male-dominated fields.
But Naledi's impact doesn’t stop at mining. As a devoted mother and community leader, she has donned many hats while juggling responsibilities like a pro. Her passion for uplifting others led her to establish the Boitshoko Naledi Ramaboea Foundation, which aims to eradicate period poverty through the transformative Alina Motene Princesses and Queen Initiative. Imagine donating washable sanitary pads that empower young women to continue their education confidently! To date, she has impacted over 1,000 lives, igniting change in local communities.

She’s currently a semi-finalist in the Mrs. Township South Africa Pageant and a nominee for the Fabulous Woman Awards.
